Starkey BioPor^© custom molded solid earplugs are made from a high strength medical grade silicone that is manufactured using a Digital Soft Earmold process. The manufacturing of this product uses a 3D digital scan of the user’s ear impressions taken at your location to create a highly accurate durable and repeatable hearing protection device. Permanently flexible and hypoallergenic, they are available in 19 colors listed below.  

Repeatability means that ear impressions taken by Superior Sound Technology are digitally scanned and stored in Starkey Hearing Technologies “Ears on File” program for 36 months  to replace a lost or damaged device in as little as 48 hours, (if required), without the need for new ear impressions.

This product provides hearing protection for general industrial, commercial and factory hearing protection applications. These earplugs have an NRR of 28 dB. Various shapes and styles can be provided, such as a half shell, slot handle, cloth or plastic cord, Alternative materials such as Lucite or Starflex can also be provided. A removable black cloth nylon or plastic keeper cord is included, along with a shirt clip to attach to clothing for security to prevent loss.

 
19 colors are available: Blue, Light Blue,  Purple Light Purple, Pink, Light Pink, Rose Transparent, Yellow, White, Clear, Green , Light Brown, Brown. Champagne, Slate, Sterling and Onyx. ( Up to 3 colors can be swirled for a nominal charge.)
